Storytelling for all occasions through video, photographs and music…

I am a storyteller.   My storytelling began when I was a child and wanted to make other kids laugh.  I would sit on our front lawn and tell stories to the neighborhood kids.  Sometimes I would act out the stories, bringing the characters to life, accents and all!!!

I excelled at creative writing as a teenager.  A high school English teacher encouraged me to take a drama class.  Little did I know she was the drama coach and would become the mentor that would change the course of my life! (Thank You Wanda Nichols!)    Once quiet and unable to look anyone in the eye, my participation in theatre was transformative. I landed the lead in Annie Get Your Gun my senior year.  That role added self confidence and depth to my storytelling; a journey that would take me on stage, behind the microphone and in front of the camera.

I graduated from The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City; returned home to Portland, Oregon and embarked on what would become a 30 year career in Radio and Television Broadcasting.

Telling thousands of stories during my years as a broadcast journalist and Story Producer for the Evergreen School District has refined the passion I have for storytelling and given birth to Life Songs In Motion.

Now I’m behind the camera and in the editing room helping people share their unique stories from the heart.

Through photos, video, natural sound and music,  precious moments from your own Life Song are weaved into videos you can share with friends, family and colleagues; creating a gift that inspires, entertains, educates or touches the heart so deeply that one is brought to tears, laughter or quiet reflection.
